"I have an opportunity to represent my country. It’s values, what it stands for, it’s history and our never give up spirit. It is truly an honor given that if I was living in Burundi, I wouldn’t most likely be playing for Burundi."

Inspiration - My younger brother. He is dedicated to his craft and has polished his game to a point where he can make a living playing football. I never really played until I saw how much fun he was having.

Inspiration - What inspires me to be part of the Burundi SA team is the way we have established our team and style of football, without forgetting the affection and love for football I see in our young Burundians and supporters.

Inspiration - I wasn't passionate about soccer until I became better than average in my early teens and joined the Burundi team. Knowing that I was playing at a young age with players like Elvis, Iradi, George and Ibrahim it boosted my ego, players like them are the ones who inspired me to become better.

Inspiration - Ronaldo, growing up he was someone I always looked up to because of his hard work & dedication, another inspiration is Elvis, he is a great example not just to all the young Africans but everyone else trying to achieve the same goal. He has shown that dedication, hard work, consistency & patience can really get you places.

Inspiration - Drogba and Kante. Grew up watching Drogba, who, throughout his career kept the same energy and always aimed for bet heights. Kante is just honestly out of this world, no one has beat his humble self.
